Global Civil and Mining were contracted by Parkwater Corporation for the Stage 2 expansion to the Cowaramup Parkwater subdivision.
The project included the pre-strip of subsoil for rehabilitation across the whole subdivision before levelling the residential lots to design, excavating the road reserve to sub-grade and integrating services trenches for Water, Power and Sewer into the finished surface.
