Damian has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and mining industries and prior to joining Global in December 2010 had responsibility for managing a wide range of large-scale projects for construction and engineering firm Thiess, in both Australia and Asia.

Damian has developed extensive high-level project management skills and has been involved with mining, and civil projects across Australia and Bahrain. His role at Global is to prepare tenders and ensure the Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Standard
